Any personal information which is collected during your visit on my website is solely for the purpose of contacting you. Your information, including name, address, email address and payment information will not be shared with any other person or company.
This site uses secure server technology to ensure the protection of your financial information such as credit card and/or banking information, all of which is guarded with the utmost security and discretion.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Payment
For internet orders I accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. For orders by mail I accept checks or money orders. A $20.00 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Shipping
Items will be shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. The tracking information is available upon request.
Turn Around Time
Please allow up two weeks to create and ship your personalized items and up to one week for non-personalized items. Cookies are shipped to you on the same day they are baked to ensure freshness. Please let me know if your order is time sensitive and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Custom orders and personalization are my specialty! Contact me with questions or special requests. Items can be sent to a different address for gifts.
Refunds
Due to the unique quality and personalization of items along with the charitable component of the purchase I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. It is important to me that your purchasing experience is nothing less than exceptional! Please be careful when selecting sizes and double check spelling on personalized items.
